Evidence is compiled, submissions are drafted, and the case is built. You see every document before it's filed.

04

Hearing & Resolution

Representation at hearing, response to the Tribunal, and post-award enforcement or appeal strategy as needed.

Fee Questions
Nothing. The initial consultation is confidential, free, and carries no obligation. You'll receive an honest assessment of your position and a written fee proposal before any commitment is required.
For FIFA Tribunal representation, the base fee covers all submissions, preparation, and hearing representation. A success fee is an additional percentage charged only if the outcome is favourable — aligned with the financial result achieved. The specific percentage is agreed in the engagement letter before you commit. You always know the maximum possible cost upfront.
Yes, for qualifying mandates. FIFA Tribunal proceedings typically span several months, and fees can be structured in instalments aligned to procedural milestones. This is discussed during the initial consultation and formalised in the engagement letter.
No. CAS administrative costs and arbitrator fees are set by the Court of Arbitration for Sport and billed separately by the institution. These are external costs outside of legal counsel fees. Dachi Peradze will provide an estimate of anticipated CAS costs during the initial consultation so you can budget accordingly.
Fees are quoted in EUR but can be paid in EUR, GBP, USD, or GEL at the prevailing exchange rate. Wire transfer is the standard payment method. Payment details are provided in the engagement letter.
