Football lawyer in Tbilisi, Georgia

Football law.
Personal counsel.

I am Dachi Peradze, a football lawyer based in Tbilisi, Georgia, advising players, clubs and agents on domestic and international matters.

A playing contract, transfer or representation agreement can shape a football career for years to come. I advise players, clubs and agents on the obligations they assume, the interests at stake and their options when a relationship becomes contentious.

Football law & advisory

Your career in football.
A sound legal footing.

I advise players considering a contract or seeking payment, clubs negotiating transfers or addressing disputes, and agents reviewing representation agreements and the obligations they create.

01

Playing contracts & transfers

I review and negotiate employment, renewal and transfer terms, including remuneration, performance incentives, release clauses and termination rights. The assessment considers how these provisions operate together and where responsibility lies between the parties.

02

Agent & commercial agreements

I examine representation, sponsorship and image-rights agreements beyond their headline terms. Authority, exclusivity, duration and continuing obligations deserve particular scrutiny where they could restrict a subsequent move or commercial opportunity.

03

Unpaid salaries, FIFA disputes & CAS arbitration

For disputes over payment or contractual performance, and for disciplinary matters, I examine the evidence, applicable procedure and appropriate forum. For unpaid salaries, termination disputes and other matters where FIFA Football Tribunal proceedings or Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) arbitration are relevant, I assess jurisdiction, admissibility and the deadlines that must be observed.

Discuss your matter

Tell me the circumstances.
We can discuss the options.

I welcome enquiries worldwide. Where a matter involves several countries, I consider the governing law, jurisdiction and any need for local counsel before agreeing the scope of work.

Useful details for your enquiry

  • Your role and the clubs or agents involved
  • The countries connected with the contract or transfer
  • Whether the matter concerns a proposal, an existing agreement or a dispute
  • Any signing date, transfer deadline or procedural deadline

A concise account of the matter is sufficient for an initial discussion. We can then agree how to share any confidential documents and, if I can assist, establish the scope and terms of the engagement.
